double standards regarding victims: the St.Petersburg subway- bomb

On 03.April 2017 we had a terror event with approx. 14 dead in the St.Petersburg subway.

Now remember: We are used to have afterwards the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin ILLUMINATED in the colours of the country , that had suffered from the incident. Thus we all remember the Brandenburg Gate illuminated in the French colours of blue, red, and white after the Marseille Terror Attack.

Such it may be considered  possible to rearrange those colors to match with the national colours of the NEW RUSSIA, which are the same colors as in case of France.

But NOTHING HAPPENED, which even alienated the wellknown Sueddeutsche newspaper URL http://www.sueddeutsche.de/kultur/anschlag-in-st-petersburg-wenn-das-brandenburger-tor-trauer-traegt-1.3450445

What we learn here may be felt offensive, at least if seen with Russian eyes. so I may conclude here: STRANGE DIPLOMATICS, to say the least!
